The Path of ReAwakening

From the South Seas to the Stars

Through the lens of her personal stories, questions, and learning, Glenyss Lim empowers you to uncover your own wisdoms relating to loss and grief, healing, spirituality, the oneness in humanity’s diversity, and taking responsibility for personal and collective evolution.

Her memoir invites you to ride along as she grows up on a New Zealand sheep farm, marries cross-culturally, pursues a healing lifestyle and career as a registered nurse, and relocates to the United States.

Accompany Glenyss on her spiritual journey as she connects with several renowned women who profoundly affect her life’s work. She studies with medicine woman Lynn Andrews. She learns to heal the nervous system with sound healing trailblazed by Vickie Dodd and, later, with explorers of the trauma release process (TRE®). Most profoundly, Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, MD, the pioneering visionary and author of On Death and Dying, reached across the veil to share the story of her own dying, which Glenyss records here.

Engage with mutual curiosity as Glenyss volunteers in the third world, explores the psyche, pursues an understanding of the commonality of all people, and discovers healing and bridges between “regular” life and the multidimensional spiritual world. Her experiences call to you to imagine the possible.

“ a remarkable piece of work. It’s entertaining, spiritual and profound. You truly help the reader engage in the process of self-discovery and transformation!”

— Deborah Garland, Ayurvedic Practitioner

”The emotional threads and the theme of grief and loss underlying your whole journey are relatable on many levels to all of us sharing the human experience.”

— Susan Seats, Hospice Educator & International Goodwill Ambassador

GLENYSS’ Interview WITH KIMBERLY HARTKE

About GLENYSS

Glenyss Lim, a gifted healer and seeker, is a New Zealander who has lived half her life in the United States. She has had the privilege of growing up on a farm with a love of nature and the natural world around her.

Over time, her understanding of Mother Earth, the Divine Feminine, and the Sacred has deepened and expanded. She has had almost forty years working in the healthcare profession, primarily as a registered nurse. Her major fields of work were hospice, behavioral health, and holistic services.

Throughout, she has observed the common thread of the impact of stress and trauma on people from all backgrounds and life experiences, and the yearning to be seen with compassion. Her interest has always been in understanding and healing the psyche in tandem with tapping into the wisdom and guidance available from the worlds unseen. This has led her to explore, and ultimately work with, loss and grief, energy work, sound healing, Trauma Release Exercise process, and more.

Glenyss’s life’s work has been profoundly affected by several renowned women with whom she has had the privilege of studying: Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, world-acclaimed for her pioneering work on death and dying; Lynn Andrews, shamanic teacher of ancient women’s knowledge; and Vickie Dodd, a trailblazer in the field of “sound as body work.” Multiple other teachers have also shaped Glenyss’s work. One of the teachers, Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, repeatedly featured in Glenyss’s life in unexpected ways. Then, much to Glenyss’ surprise, the pioneer reached across the veil, requesting to share the story of her own dying. With humility and reverence, Glenyss embraced the assignment.

From an early age, Glenyss has held an interest in exploring humanity’s diversity, and with that has come a zest for international travel and expanded compassion for the needs of others. She has volunteered in both Haiti and East Africa. Most of all, Glenyss’ passion centers around emotional and spiritual healing, with the compassionate recognition of the commonality of all peoples of the world.
